Condee Farm is a unique equestrian experience for both the advanced rider and
the beginner. We are very family oriented in our riding programs, which include:
a super summer camp, seminars, special events and fun filled 'schooling' horse
shows, among others. We also offer a professional horse training program along
with a flexible lease or purchase options on several ponies and horses. We
feature Nancy Unger-Fink as our trainer/ instructor who has thirty years
experience in the field. Additionally, throughout the year we have unique family
and kid themed night time activities.
Daily Lessons
- After School and Saturday programs
- Weekday morning programs for Adults
- Ride your own horse or choose from our stable of experience horses and
ponies
Horse Shows
- Onsite "themed" horseshow throughout the year (Halloween, Easter, etc..)
- Travel to small local shows in the area
- Attend A shows in Wellington
Super Summer Camp
- Camp Theme: Activities would include campers being involved with a variety of equestrian studies
- Wednesday Lunches: International Lunch Menu every Wednesday

Boarding
- Our Barn: We feature a 20 stall barn built just four years ago, fully
equipped with fans and automatic water in every stall. The barn was specifically built to withstand hurricane force winds. We have a
tack room, feed room, and bathroom w/ shower. We also have 3 wash racks for cooling off the horses and grass areas for grazing.
- Inside / Outside Board: We offer boarding inside our barn and we also have limited paddocks (all of which have covering) available for boarding. Call us to see if we have any vacancy.
Leasing
- A leasing solution is available for both inside and outside horses.
